Frosted Bramble

Ingredients

• 40ml Edwards 1902 English Potato Vodka
• 10ml Bottle Green Winter Berry Cordial
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 10ml Dessert Wine
• Blackberries
• Icing Sugar

Method

1. Add Lemon Juice, Vodka, and Dessert Wine to a cocktail shaker with a generous scoop of cubed ice and shake hard. Double strain contents into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
2. ‘Cap’ the glass with a small scoop of crushed ice and drizzle the Bottle Green Winter Berry to create a purple snow cone effect.
3. Garnish with Blackberries and a dusting of Icing Sugar.
