In the Pink Rhubarb Fizz
Serves two
Ingredients
- 1 part (50ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
- 4 parts (200ml) Dry Sparkling Rose
(we love Gusbourne Sparkling Rosé – Kent, England) - 4 Sprigs of Thyme
- 1 Strawberry
Equipment
- 2 x Champagne Coupes
Method
- Chill all liquid ingredients.
- Slice the strawberry from top to bottom to create two slices.
- Lay a slice in each glass.
- Pour the Edwards Rhubarb Vodka into the glasses then top up with the sparkling rosé.
- Add the sprigs of thyme to the drink and serve.
