In the Pink Rhubarb Fizz

In the Pink Rhubarb Fizz

Serves two

Ingredients

  • 1 part (50ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
  • 4 parts (200ml) Dry Sparkling Rose
    (we love Gusbourne Sparkling Rosé – Kent, England)
  • 4 Sprigs of Thyme
  • 1 Strawberry

Equipment

  • 2 x Champagne Coupes

Method

    1. Chill all liquid ingredients.
    2. Slice the strawberry from top to bottom to create two slices.
    3. Lay a slice in each glass.
    4. Pour the Edwards Rhubarb Vodka into the glasses then top up with the sparkling rosé.
    5. Add the sprigs of thyme to the drink and serve.
