The Lemon Sherbet Martini
Serves two
Ingredients
- 200ml Edwards English Potato Vodka
- 100ml Dry White Vermouth
- 100ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Simple Sugar Syrup
- Garnish with a Twist of Lemon
Equipment
- 2 x Martini Glasses
- Cocktail Shaker with strainer
- Jigger
Method
- Put ice in the shaker.
- Add all liquid ingredients.
- Shake for 20 seconds (or until your hands feel cold).
- Strain into glass and decorate with a Twist of Lemon.
