1902 Vesper Highball

Ingredients

  • 50ml Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka
  • 50ml Lillet Blanc wine
  • 50ml premium light tonic water
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Flambé lemon twist
  • Rosemary sprigs

Glassware

  • Highball

Method

  1. Fill highball glass to the top with cubed ice.
  2. Add 50ml, Edwards 1902 Potato Vodka, 50ml Lillet Blanc and a dash of orange bitters.
  3. Top with premium light Indian tonic water.
  4. Cut a large lemon twist and hold over the serve. Hold a naked flame over the rind, a plume of fire should form, expressing the drink with charred lemon oils. Discard the lemon twist.
