Cucumber Collins

Ingredients

• 50ml Edwards 1902 vodka
• 3 slices of cucumber
• Splash of soda
• Ice
• Fresh mint
• Slice of cucumber

Method

1. Thinly slice cucumber lengthways.
2. Add a measure of Edwards 1902 Vodka and muddle the cucumber.
3. Top up with a large splash of soda water.
4. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with mint.
