Rhubarb & Ginger Tini
Serves two
Ingredients
- 3 parts (75ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
- 3 parts (75ml) The King’s Ginger
- 1 part (25ml) Dry White Vermouth
(we love In The Loop – East Sussex, England) - A Handful of Ice
- A Lemon (for zest)
Equipment
- 2 x Nick & Nora Glasses
- 1 x Cocktail shaker
- 1 x Hand Grater
Method
- Put a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker
- Add the liquid ingredients.
- Shake the contents for 20 seconds
(or until your hands get cold). - Pour into the glasses.
- Grate lemon zest over the top of the drink and serve.
