Rhubarb & Raspberry Rush

Rhubarb & Raspberry Rush

Serves two

Ingredients

  • 2 Parts (100ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka
  • 1 Part (50ml) Raspberry Liqueur
  • 6 parts (300ml) Classic Tonic
  • 1 Part (50ml) Lemon juice
  • 10 x Fresh Raspberries
  • A Handful of Ice

Equipment

  • 2 x Highball Glasses
  • 1 x Stirrer
  • 1 x jug
  • 2 x Paper straws

Method

  1. Put the ice in the glasses then divide and evenly distribute the raspberries between the glasses.
  2. Pour the Rhubarb vodka, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice into the jug and stir gently.
  3. Gently add the tonic and stir again.
  4. Divide the contents of the jug between the two glasses.
  5. Add a paper straw and serve.
