First Release PX Sherry Cask Finished

Crafted in North Lincolnshire using Yorkshire's finest barley, our single malt English whisky had been slumbering in oak since the summer of 2020. This first release, released in the Winter of 2023 was aged in miniature ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to a single, small PX sherry cask for the final months of its journey.

This first release commends and pays homage to the role of the Lancaster during WWII and the airmen who so bravely flew in them, not just from RAF Elsham Wold, but nationwide.
